hmm, ive seen a few 15's, slighty sticking out from the arches...do u need a certain ET to do this? and is it legal too? cos i think it looks nice 
im talkin around a 4-5 cm wideness from the arches.

the only reason they stick out of the arches is because they are the wrong offset, or they are using spacers. But chances are the wrong offset is the cause, it isnt good, the rear wont lower properly as the rear arch will sit on the actual tyre, and the front will catch on turning, also the handling will be terrible, it will tramline, and wont be nice to drive.
Stick to as close to ET49 as possible...and in 15" that is easily obtainable.

If you want to know how low you can go then i've got 15's with a ET45 offset and its at -80mm.. I get no scrubing at all even with a full car of 5.
