Help, need to include this in an essay for my Tuesday night class. I was off ill when they discussed this part at college so don't have a clue.
the question is:
You should identify a line, staff and functional relationship which is inappropriate and mention strategic, tactical and operational levels of management.
I'v got the line/staff/functional relationsip done I just need to mention strategic, tactical and operational levels of management.
But I dont know what strategic, tactical and operational levels of management are?
can anyone help?

Strategic - long term goals of the company
Tactics - swot analysis (strengths, wekaness, competition), poaching the best staff from competitors would be a tactic.
Operational - day to day managment (finance, marketing, personnel) and short term objectives.
