actually, says pro rata so that'll be for doing a full time job, not 18hrs.

It says pro-rata, therefore thats for a full 35hr week. The actual wage will be roughly half that.
Thats how Im reading it anyway.

The clown talks sense. Alot of places advertise like this. Wage based on 35hr week but as your only working 18 will be halfish. It sounds like you will need some qualifications too tbh.

Pro rata, seems obvious to me? if the normal week there is 37 hours it'll be about 13k. Its pretty sure it won't be 26k, hence the pro rata bit.
