bought some v6 calipers discs n pads from coldanconversions about 6-7 weeks ago, paid £50 through paypal for them. week went buy no brakes, another week and still no brakes, then after sendin a handfull of u2u's got a reply saying the brakes are in his mates lock up, but his mate has been hurt in an accident and he cant pick the keys up off him, he said he will get them sent asap and sorry for not responding, also said he doesnt rip people off as he uses this and other forums regularly, i waited another 2 weeks and still nothing, been sending u2u's asking whats going on but not getting any replies at all now. i now just want my money back as i told him i needed them asap when i bought them as mycorsa was having a redtop fitted. after running my car on 1.4 brakes for a week i had to buy some 2.0 calipers, so now i just need my money back. can any one give me any pointers... thanks for reading.

Open a dispute on paypal, you should get your money back, unless there is no funds in his paypal account in that case Paypal will say you won the case but you won't receive anything.

If it's been over 45 days you can't open a PayPal dispute.

no luck with paypal! tried emailing him but still nothing... god i cant stress how much its winding me up knowing someone has my cash! does anyone no if i can get any more details about the person from an email address, or does anyone no this person? ANY help would be very much appreciated.... thanks for reading people.
