You wouldn't belive it but RC doesn't even train his arms

Does nothing more than a few sets of curls but that's it.

But yeah RC is a monster. Stopped competing now but he still does the occasional guest appearance and looks bigger than ever.

tbh he looks like he would benefit from P90X, he'd see some good gains doing a proper workout like that.
