Very stupid of me, my arches have just been painted - 3 are on , tiger seal spilled onto the 4th, is there a way to remove this?

wet or dry?
wet, you need a solvent cleaner
dry, a scraper and lots of luck
I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

Its dry:/ wont cost much for a new one to be sprayed though

I'd try heating up the bits you need to remove lightly with a hair drier. Slowly peel off what you can.
Then residue you can try panel wipe like suggested or possibly AG tar/glue remover may work.

Panel wipe is in a tin, usually about a fiver for a small can. You can get it from paint shops.

i used petrol on mines when i did it, just had to make sure i didnt rub it to hard
