like youtube and stuff? but BBC iplayer uses up so much bandwidth some isps dont prioritize the traffic.

ya LINX asked all their members to restart their peering sessions around 2PM GMT so I would assume all the big players such as the BBC, tier 1 and 2 carriers and ISPS have done that.
