Had a bill overdue and paid last night, at 11 o clock today i got a text from orange saying turn off my phone and back on for settings, it was barred!I cant phone or text and it says payment was recieved online, any1 had this problem??

Yeah had it, just ring Orange customer care team from your mobile and they sort it within a few mins.

use a landline - 07973 100150 is the number listed for them....

edit - you tried 150, that's another number of contracts customer services?

Callum, it can take up to 48 hours for the payment to be processed and bar removed. If you call customer service from a landline or another mobile, they will remove it there and then.

It'll likely be removed by tomorrow. If you ever phone up and pay using the little automated thing, it takes about 48 hours to process it, wether you pay it on time or not. It's a pain.

I paid online and that was 22:50 last night, its only saying now that i have nothing outstanding, thanks
