Help me out guys/girls
Really unsure what to do
As most of you know i currently drive a 1.8 mg zs, however..my old man has bought a mint (and i mean mint)rover coupe on a 98 plate (s) in flame red.looking at it makes me miss my old coupe really really bad.Obviously i know it's goign down in engine capacity and car age but its making me want it due to the condition.
I got the opportunity to take on the coupe but the zs would have to go...Obviously i love the power of the zs but to my liking its far from mint.to be mint i would want to have
a respray (chipped bumpers and one key scratch down o/s rear 1/4
2 new doors and wings as there are tiny scratches on them.
new backbox and rear bench
good thing is it has all the v6 extra's
(bigger discs all round,17" wheels,spoiler/skirts/front and back splitter and half leather)
3months tax
10 months mot
85k
the coupe is a 1998
red
6 months tax

I'm thinking of putting it on pistonheads and seeing what interest i get.
the towbar has been removed now
what are your thoughts?

I'd stick with the ZS. Personally I tink there good cars, and you get alot with the money.
Also what sounds better, "I drive a Rover" Or "I drive an MG"?

True i know what you mean.but my mates are cnuts anyway and say "why do you drive a modifed rover?"

id prefer the zs personally. if the coupe had been a turbo then id have chosen that as i liked the coupe turbo's back in the day/

i voted zs. if it had been a turbo coupe. id obviously have voted for that. i like them equally tbh.

Yeah i know what you mean nic.Been offered a few coupe turbos but they are really unreliable engines compared to the k series...the t-series have endless problems
