Has anyone used these before on either manifold?

Know of any UK companies that make them?

used one on inlet. didnt really change the inlet temps tbh.

From what I've read, I think they work better on the exhaust manifold (if you have a turbo!), supposed to give less heat transfer through the mani to the turbo

the material they are made from surely wouldnt last on the turbo side? never seen them apart from inlet ones.

yeah the inlet ones. i dont really think that much to them. few friends have had them on seats and i had one on mine and cant really say the inlet temps went down by that much, i mean it may help a touch, but id not bother about it personally. mine is sitting on a shelf in my garage.

Well in that case, I wonder if they could be made for the exhaust side? Surely it would have more benifits?

exhaust on a turbo gets up to some quite whacky temps. would be totally possible although i imagine the material needed wouldnt be cheap or commercially sellable for the price.

im running 11mm carp tufnol spacers on my inlet manifold, so kinda like a gasket. Theyre supposed to be quite good but iv never seen any results from charge temps on the net or anything
