how do you know you if my dump valve spring inside has died? as car can build boost up at all and when kept at a steady rev's you can here it leaking from the dump valve ?

also how can you tell its leaking from dump valve while driving?

Could be a leak from some where else though,cant you just block the dv outlet off and try it.
