heat the glue up with a hair dryer, use white spirit and a credit card

I used an old credit like card (student card), just rubbed it underneath the badges and they came off easily. The tricky bit is getting the glue off. To get the glue off from the badges is easy, you just need to use LOTS of elbow grease.

To get the glue off from under rub strips is a nightmare. I ended up using razor blades (I really do not reccommend this...but if you take this DRASTIC option, be SO very careful to make the blade as flat as possible when doing it....but I seriously do not reccommend doing this....try everything else first, including taking it to a bodyshop).
