Anyone done it and continued drinking? lol
Mate I'm out most weekends drinking... my first 30 days I watched what i eat and it worked well...
however, after that, I continued drinking and kinda just ate normally again - while doing the exercises... I need to post up my next phase pics... I've gained size / shape big style now, much bigger chest etc... but could do with cutting the fat a bit more...
- So basically if you want to gain size, just make sure you eat enough (i.e. you can drink)
but if you want to get ripped and lean, you have to be pretty strict on diet too! I'm gonna be a lot stricter for the next 30 days.

TBH Ive never added it up and I mix my diet up that much with different types of meat that I have no idea.
In terms of supplements, its recommended you get multi vitamins (cheap) and protein shake (about £30 for a load). Id say they are the only needed supplements - although I take various types of protein shake, and I have a high-caffeine pre-workout shake too.
