could it be used for purely toning? as im only 9st so like i say really cant lose any weight and i dont want to look bloody pop eye either just want to be nicely toned.

Yeah definitely can, plenty of vids on Youtube of guys who have built up a load using this.

Mate I'm out most weekends drinking... my first 30 days I watched what i eat and it worked well...

however, after that, I continued drinking and kinda just ate normally again - while doing the exercises... I need to post up my next phase pics... I've gained size / shape big style now, much bigger chest etc... but could do with cutting the fat a bit more...

- So basically if you want to gain size, just make sure you eat enough (i.e. you can drink)

but if you want to get ripped and lean, you have to be pretty strict on diet too! I'm gonna be a lot stricter for the next 30 days.

I'd love to do this... used to do to gym and eat properly but never really put on anything, Weight or muscle.

Im just under 10st, 5ft 10in.... i wouldnt mind bulking up a bit as i think im skinny.

don't under estimate p90x though chaps... it's far from easy.

Marines use it to do exercise drills...

The thing is, I can't be bothered to do it unless I'm doing it properly!

last month was pretty good till it hit christmas / new years

and next 30 days is gonna be done properly... I want this done by feb

My final phase has gone a bit to pot, thought Id done OK over xmas (2 very bad days with no workout and bad diet), kind of caught up with the workouts so I hadnt missed any, then I had 8 days of being ill over new year and did no workouts and ate next to nothing

I mean whats the rough cost a week... like buying proteins shakes/supllements/cetrian foods.

TBH Ive never added it up and I mix my diet up that much with different types of meat that I have no idea.

In terms of supplements, its recommended you get multi vitamins (cheap) and protein shake (about £30 for a load). Id say they are the only needed supplements - although I take various types of protein shake, and I have a high-caffeine pre-workout shake too.

I think i will give it ago, I think i will be able to keep up with the exercises just not my diet.
