Hi guys.I'm going to the scrap yard to get the 256mm ATE calipers.

Are they found only on Astras?
Do they need to be from a specific model and year of 16v Astra?
Do they have a code written on them that I can recognise them from?
Do I have to get the carrier too?
What disks/pads do you suggest?
Help me out a bit cause I've got no idea about brakes xexe!

found on cavs as well
get as much as u can, brake wise, get discs, sliders, calipers

So the calipers from some cavs and astras?

you can also get them off the diesel models like i did

They are on Astra GTE 16vs, Astra GSis, Cav SRi/GSi, Calibra 16vs etc.

Dont re-use the old pads, get new ones, and new copper washers etc.

Corsa GSi ones?

They are probably made by the same company, ATE
