need it below a 1.6, as im only then paying more on insurance, fuel and tax for no reason as speed doesnt bother me aslong as its nippy and keeps up with traffic fine..

how ever you mod a car you will never make your money back on it, but as you have said, find something that what ever you change on it you can take off after so can recoupe as much money as you can and try and keep bodywork to a minimal

what youve gotta aks yourself is, do you want a car to modify or just a nice one to slam and stick some nice wheels on?
its a hard decision, especially with that much money.

can see why mate it was a pretty special car even when dale had it,
if you want something like tho, you could do it for less than what luke spent on it, and easily put your own touches to it,

like lukes just said it was just a corsa at the end of the day, you could easily do one like it with your cash, i had about 4.5k in mine when i got rid of it and i could have spent a lot less,

exactly mate, its very easy to spend spend spend, then when you come to change the car find that your back at square 1 with no cash to do owt with,
my advice, buy a nice astra mk4 (or similar) and deck it with nice wheels and a nice exhaust system and bingo! everything can be put back to standard if/when you come to sell the car,
