On thursday i went to homebase in Accrington. As i pulled of the roundabout on to the car park i saw this guy pulling out of a petrol station so i slowed down to about 20MPH. I thought he has seen me but no i was almost stopped he carried on and wallop in the front of my car broke number plate and scratched the bumper Blind S*** Lee
