As title I ripped v5 in half to fill out changes to vehicle (engine) I lost the form, I have other half as in new keeper, Is there anything I can do without having to pay out for new v5 then pay out to chnage vehicle on the v5 again

Ring DVLA? They will probably just ask you to send a load of letters and reciepts and garage reports etc with all the proper, confirmed engine numbers, cc, etc

I dont think theres much option other than buying a new one or sending in a letter but im sure if you rang them and sent them the relevant letters etc they would just send you new V5 out with the changes amended.
