Minus 17 yesterday. Car only shows the frost symbol when it raised to minus 5. Symbol comes on at 4 degrees and beeps to warn you. Strange

Mine fluctuates between -35 and +45. But then I'm fairly certain it's broken.

Anyone got a photo/location of the part so I can get a new one from a guy breaking his car?

These things are such poor quality, that's the second one in 2 Corsas that I've had to replace.

i had 2.5 degrees on way home today. hell of a lot milder this week. even if it was snowing most the day.

How if the coolant temp sensor is for the coolant and the outside temp sensor is in front of the radiator.

Of course, your right that's when the engine temp gauge stops working, my bad.

Must be the ext temp sensor packed up then.
