just booked 2 weeks in Marmaris, me , the missus, her mate and her lad.
going on the 19th of July, and come home the 2nd of August (which is my birthday)
staying in Seren Sari hotel
Has anyone been to here? recommend things to do etc?
the couple we are going with have been twice, but hes a bit of a thick cunt, and would rather figure out stuff to do before i go!!
can you hire scootays?

really wouldnt get a moped in marmaris matey when i went i must have seen at least a dozen people come off. and the turks litrally dont give a fuck one came past me and me mates doin silly speeds  , but the night life there is top notch well it was when we where there go in a bar on the front called turtle bar good laugh in there

Marmaris is still my favorite from all the locations i've been with the Mrs. Night life as already said, is fantastic! Bar Street has some really good clubs.
Beach is a bit shit (narrow and pebbley)

Ive been to Marmaris 4 times, its really nice, people are lovelly, roads are carnage, nightlife is decent beach isnt the best though as said.
for the beach you are best getting a taxi boat over to Ichmeler for a few Lira

was there last year with the ex
fantastic holiday, loads of stuff to do, and i went the 4th of august and it was fooking roasting, one day it as 40 degress at 12 midday!
bar street is quality, people are a tad over friendly, but thats better than yobs souting in your face

Cheers guys, have you any recommendations on things to do/see ? i ve heard that theres like quad excursions etc, i went on one in south africa and the guy told me to behave as i was wheelie-ing it and hanging right off the side drifting round corners ( i race quads )

theres a under water boat trip thingy, wish i done it, looked ace from the fotos and from what people told me
went on the boat around the small islands, but got slight food poisioning (sp) from it, and stole 5 days away from my holiday!

at least your not staying in Gumbet the place is a hole (Bodrum however is fine).

went last year and was good. get tired of turks meithering you in the street and got robbed in the market one day by some del boy bloke on a stall.
just tell the girls to be careful as the turkish lads are tw*ts from what i saw at nite. like wolves around girls and i saw a few trying to spike girls, even the ones with lads.
