there's no gore...it's just the man hasn't got a face, except a mouth. It's just skin there instead over his eyes and nose

But how the fuck does a face transplant work?

They'd cut through the skin for his eyes back into his sockets, reattach new eyes, although they may not work but in the past they have been able to give people new eyes and eye transplants without losing sight etc, new skin from a face, make a working nose etc.

I dont believe there have been any successful FULL eye transplants, the optic nerve is far to complex! There have been loads of cornea transplants though.

how the hell would an accident with electricity cause his face to be covered in skin?
btw, he looks like a mannequin, could earn money scaring the shit out of people!

I think they did surgery to cover his face in skin as leaving open wounds etc could be quite horrifying for him and others and probably would hurt a lot
That's what I think they would do anyway if they couldn't repair his facial features anyway

I also thought he could earn money by being scary zombies etc in movies but I doubt he'd wanna do it, he probably wants to get on with life, from what he's said, he's handling it quite well

It says in that page davey posted that they will take a face from a donar, not sure about eyes though.
Didnt somewhere recently use a persons DNA to make him see again after he lost his vision in an accident.
