Does anyone what bore size a 1.2 8v exhaust is? and will any Corsa exhaust fit or do I have to get a 1.2 exhaust? I'm looking to
do a 1.6 engine conversion later on and do t fancy buying two diff exhaust

iirc, the 1.4 and 1.6 exhaust bore is larger than the 1.2 8v and 12 16v and if im right, i might not be...the 1.0 12v is it's own size too.
I could be wrong. To be safe, try to get one that says it's from the engine size you have.

Could I get a 1.6 manifold back on me 1.2 down pipe or is the flange a diff size ?
What it is I've got a custom exhaust my mate made me and it's silly loud I hate it I want an exhaust I can keep for a while lol

Every exhaust on Corsa B's are exactly the same size bore, except the 1.0 12v.
