A good morning thread in the end me thinks 
I want to take a pic of the epic red sunset out of window for my 365 but funnily enough don't have my tripod with me at work 
Home time in the fastest car in the world then 
At least it feels like it after TWO YEARS of 12v slowness

within a couple of seconds of a fb post. turns out mayo is the best
Edit: FB update currently got ketchup and mayo tied with 3votes and 2 for bbq

running matt? unlucky. i prefer bike riding, not as tiring, but you get some wicked distance from home, and it doesnt fuck your knees

yeah runnings need to properly start if im to do this half marathon thing but at the current rate i dont think ill be able to do it.
Id prefer bike riding but for now i just use the exercise bike every other day but like you say its not as tiring which wouldnt help with my running lol.

have you got proper running shoes? wearing proper ones will help loads when running on tarmac etc

i took a pic on my phone. how nice was it  it makes for a bloody freezing evening though in which i need to crack on with sorting the car out

Yeah got some for xmas, and they have helped loads, noticed the other day when i jogged to the shops (2mins away) my legs/ankles hurt loads in normal trainers tbf i think im quite heavy footed so putting loads of pressure on my knees, ice cold water on them seems to have eased the pain though
