Anyone else had theirs out? I just got out of hospital a couple of hours ago, lazing on the sofa at home. They gave me a local and general anaesthetic for it, the local's just wearing off now, starting to ache big time! lol

I had mine out before they actually starting coming through as there wasn't room for them. They had to dislocate my jaw, chip away part of my lower jaw and then Stitch up the four holes with 32 stitches, probably the most uncomfotable experiance of my life!

Had all four of mine out under a general in hospital in '98.

Nasty op. Had to cut part of my jaw bone away for one of em.

Looked like i'd been in a car crash when I woke up.

Couldn't eat solids for about six weeks.

Jaw clicked all the time for several years afterwards.

Two of mie are like half way through. The third is killing me. Gum is all swollen, I too am hoping they come through OK, the two that are half way through feel to be straight though. Fingers crossed!
