37mpg and the first thing i got asked was.... 'has it been mapped?'

passed its mot though however , but they dont know what is causing the creaking noise at the back end so still sounds fucked every now and then. engine is alot quiter too after the service... probably has some oil in now haha.

Quite happy im not carless this weekend, but do just wish the noise was fixed.

car only had 20odd miles on since the fill up so thats why the mpg dropped so much

My dads old one averaged 25mpg odd, not really taking it steady.

Our leon does 25mpg average, we've done 900miles since we bought it and that's with my mrs driving it every day. If I used it every day it'd be more like 10mpg! My company car does about 60-65mpg but is nowhere near as fun!

You tried resetting the MPG and roasting it up a hill, mine goes flying down to 7.2MPG then stops, so is probably under 5MPG easy, when I do that

I swear my work van has the worst MPG ever. Cost about £90 to fill an 80 litre tank and gets about 280 miles
