Ye but this is in a vectra which weighs the equivalent of an African elephant. According to Parkers a 1.6 sport will do 0-60 in 9.5 which is 3.4 secs less than a vectra with the same engine, so technically if you take 3.4 secs of 11.5 a x18xe1 should do 60 in 8.1 sec which isnt to bad i suppose.

no. But an xe corsa will do it in about 6.5 which is considerably quicker.

I suppose it depends on what your after really an c20xe conversion is quite a bit more expensive though. Can i ask what your let does 0-60 in?
