How much are these worth as a set of 5 in their variouos conditions?

5 cesaros in ok condition with no tyres?

5 cesaros in ok condition with no tyres? 80/100
5 cesaros refurbed no tyres? 120/140
5 cesaros refurbed with tyres? 200/250 (depending on tyres)

what brand and size tyres?

have seen a lot of cesaros on ebay lately going for around £60 in good condition with big tyres..

i paid £120 for 5 cesaros with yokohama 195/45 tyres (2 tyres worn 2 tyres near new and spare with an ok 195/50)
