I have built a playpen and monkey house in my garage, with heat regulators installed to keep a high temp in there, and I've also built a big monkey house at the bottom of my garden for when it's red hot.
As soon as someone gets home, the monkeys have the reign of the back of the house, I won't let them in the kitchen or my office or my dining areas.

Well they're asleep at the minute (I think) but the boys are very obediant, they'll fetch me things if I gesture for them to, but I have 3 of each sex and the females aren't so daft, but are more cuddley when I'm one on one with them.
I'll be honest, it's expensive to fetch 1 over but 1 tamarin on it's own will get depressed, so my advice would be bring a few over or buy one from a monkey owner who's got a lone monkey which is definately a happy one.
I bought the whole brothers and sisters, as I was in Brazil at the time anyway so I managed to get all the legals done while I was there.

Just an update:
Lucky had one testical removed on tuesday... took few days for him to kind of return to his mental self.
He seems ok... the scar seems to be healing nice 
Taking him back to vets tonight for a check up and to find out if the mass they removed is bad cancer or not,
