Its just a plugin for your browser to confirm you are actually connected to HSBC when you're using your online banking. It doesn't get in the way, just download it

Cant be arsed with all this stupid software etc, if people would stop being so naive and trusting we wouldnt need it
Like this SecureCode business, whats the point?? Its the same password as all the rest of them so it makes it no safer whatsoever (if it wasnt the same I would forget it therefore make my card useless )
