As ive got some money to play with, ive been looking at getting an XE. However i dont want to use it as my daily driver so im looking at getting a 1.2Sxi Corsa C. The question i want to know is how much differnce is it going to be to add a second car? Surely it shouldnt be too much to add a second as u can only drive one car at once so not much difference in risk.

Ile make this an example:

If my insurance for an XE corsa was £1500, how much more would it be to add a corsa C? would they put a full value of another car on or would they just add a few hundred quid?

That probably made no sense atall as im struggling to explain what i mean, but i did my best lol.

If anyone can give me a few examples it would be appreciated

Cheers

I can see what you mean - but I've no idea how much it will change. The best thing to do is to phone up an insurance company and ask, someone like Admiral.

As an example, greenlight wanted to charge me 40 quid a week to add the puma to my focus policy.

They could only do it for 2 weeks aswell.

And a separate policy on the puma would be 50 quid a month so its a rip off really.

I think you'll have a bit bother getting 2 cars on 1 policy with your age etc.
