paid for an item on the ol' bay
it was a "buy it now" listing
so go to accept item and onto make payment
log into paypal as youd expect, but "SELLER CAN NOT RECIEVE PAYPAL AT THIS TIME"

now what am i todo? i just want the item like normal, and wont use anything but paypal for online transactions,

whats the policy or any advice for me if i cant make the payment

ive already emailed ebay alerting them to my issue

tell him to cancel it then. if the advert didn't state that paypal wasn't available then tell him to gtf.

I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.
