well i piss all over all novas ive raced.........

and i beat 8v corsa sris too.

i think my cars slow and have constantly got it in high revs once warmed up just wondered if anyone else had a play with tds.

1.5 td does it in 13 seconds in standard trim, although its very easy to get this too sub 10.

corsa sri are slow than novas as they are heavy,

Vauxhall Corsa 1.4i 16v 10.5

Vauxhall Nova 1.4 SRi 10.5

Vauxhall Nova 1.5 TD 13


Not much diffrence really

dunno, never timed it too be honest, speedos arent acturate enough.

to be honest in td's the 0-60 time doesnt really show its performance, its the ingear times where it excels and suprizes people.

the nova td does it quicker than 13 seconds, believe me. diesel car have a guide from when they did 0-60 tests with the proper equipment, the nova 15td came in at 10.5 seconds, the corsa at 12.0

i think the ones with the izuz (spelling????) engines were quite fastl someblokes put a 1.7 td engine in his nova now that should supprise a few people

yeah there is quite a few 1.7 td novas now, gonna be my next project. as for vibrio, im willing to place money on white flashs and adam p doing it in under 10 seconds.
