let me try and make sense of this

you would like a hole in your boot floor welding, are you looking for some one on here to do it or to give you advice/recomendations?
if so, post up some pictures of the hole so people can see what it needs and put a location up so people can see how close to you they are

A 2 inch hole in the spare wheel well will be easy to weld a small patch over.

Cut out the rot and patch the hole. Seal it all in with some silicone and then underseal over the top

Seal it and paint it on the inside too...
