Give the DVLA a call and tell them you want to make the owner an offer and they will contact them for you.

dvla sell the plate i want but its the spacing that the problem.

its up to you to do the spacing when you get the plates made up
although, it can be considered illegal if the spacing is incorrect

by law your number plate lettering & numbering must be of a certain height width & spacin inbetween each character

just get the front plate how u want it and the back standard n u shud be ok
