My battery went on Friday night and I turned it back on in the morning and my bbm facility has gone. Where is it!?

what model? what OS is it running? who is your service provider?

sounds like it has partially reset and lost bbm. if your running os 5.0 id probably guess its lost its application certificate with battery going and handset has deleted it for security.

redownload from app world?

pmsl Gary you haven't answered his question!!

GPRS or 3G with 4 little dots next to it indicates you still have BIS at least.

I would plug it into your PC and update the O/S of the phone and select BBM to install as well.

However for some reason when I plug mine into my PC it tries to uninstall BBM
