I think you have three avenues.
1) Wait and hope he responds soon
2) Go see him
3) Send him a letter stating he has 7 days to provide a refund before you will be taking him to the small claims court.

I can't believe people still trade with these shitty companies born out of internet forums, imo it doesn't take much to spot a risky business started by chavs from the internet who think because they can fit a combat kit to a corsa they can open up a bodyshop/car tuning company.
whats worst is other people from the internet are their main customer.
i would stop paying attention to the internet world of car tuning, most of it is bollocks anyway
