No, that is the ones you have watched. The ones that you have uploaded is called "total upload views"

Not sure on the exact number, but I know my viewings are about 5500.

And people who have viewed my videos is up in the 600,000+ mark.

Not on mine it isn't. I just added up all of my uploaded vid views and it is the same as 'video views'
