Right, today i spent all day sanding the paint off a rear arch on my mk4 and getting it as close to the original shape as possible (previous owner hit something and flattend it a bit)
anyway, i have got the arch as close as im going to get it with hammers and filler, but the problem im facing is - i masked it off and primed/painted it but, once i remove the tape, there is that line where you can see the primer underneith, i still need to lacquer it but whats the best way to blend it into the rear quarter without having to cover a huge area?
i have kept it as close to the seem that runs round the arch so it shouldnt be too hard.
any tips as im no painter
will i be ok using some fine wet&dry on the original paint then polishing it back up after lacquer?
