Yes I swear by them. I use M1144's and have done for 6 years. Heavy track use and everyday stuff and they cope fine.

Ive got M1144's on the corsa with my 2L set up. Very good tbf, although the only issues i find are rather noisey at times (squeeky) and quite brake dusty after heavy braking.

Edit: but then again brake dust is bound to show up on white wheels
