Being 24 I realised I should have sorted my career out a long time ago.Always wanted to be an electrician from a young age so now I have done something about it.Went to my local college this morning first thing and signed up for 2 years night college doing electrical installation.Already sorted myself an apprenticeship with my mates uncle working 5 days a week aswell so should be all good.
I start my level 2 In september 3 nights a week
Anyone else doing college this year?

Im doing an NC in elctrical engineering and away to start HNC. Day relase from work which breaks the week up nicely
Its not ideal though as i work as an instrument designer which is (even though people think its not) is a far enough cry from instrumentaion.
Edited to say: congrats on getting your life sorted

I'm coming to the end of my Foundation Degree in Business Information Technology. Its taken me 2 years, and it only feels like yesterday that i started it.
Next step is to "top it up" to a BSc...which will be done next year
Happy Days
Edit - oh, and i'm doing it part time (two nights per week) along side my regular job of being an IT/Network Manager.
