its on a corsa c ........i've took the rubbers off and undone the clamp...but i cant separate the backbox from the rest of the system...

Please help me..##

twist it one way then the other and pulling at the same time and plenty on lube

Just lots of pushing and tugging. When i replaced mine my new car had only done 50 miles so it came off without any trouble. Spray a nice amount of WD40 into the bracket and leave it for 10mins that should loosen up any crap.

as said above, spray WD-40 around the clamp area where its connected and leave it for 10mins. then just grap hold of each metal hanger and keep pulling while twisting. should come off .

Or u could use the kwitfit fitter's favorite tool, the burner! Wasn't long in getting mine off! lol I junked my centre section as well though, so u might not want to be so ruff!
