sold a phone on ebay they claim theyve only had phone two weeks and its died was fine with me though there wanting a refund dont really know what to do as it may have just been unlucky timing that they bought it and this isnt my fault ?? help guys ?

They have had two weeks to use what you sold then, tell them to GTF. Not your responsibility, should have put no returns accepted in the ad

get them to return the fone, to you. upon reciving it, check the imei numbers, see if its been tamperd with etc.

It's not your problem. If you've not offered a returns policy on your listing, there's nothing they can do really (well, apart from leave bad feedback but you could probably get eBay to remove it anyway).
