Hi

Recently bought somthing of ebay, and he has left me good feedback, but i havent recived my item.

ive opened a dispute on paypal. but he said on the dispute he didnt send it recorded deliverly, but he has messaged me on ebay saying the item was deliverd? wtf..

how do i go about getting a refund?
ive been waiting about 2wks now for a mobile phone.

ask him for a tracking number/receipt if he doesnt have it he never sent it.paypal dispute is all you can do.
