had something simular in my first corsa. Got rear ended and the bloke just fucked off.
Dispite the police finding his details and informing me he was uninsured they did nothing else
On the plus side mine was only a corsa b not a mk5 golf but thats beside the point

Been hit by two uninsured drivers in the last two years.
Best bit of advice James is talk to your Grandads insurance company and if he has legal cover he'll be in a better place. They will file a claim against the person as an individual and if this aveue doesnt work I reckon you will eligible for a bursary from some isurance bureau....can't remeber the name of it right now.

Tbh Hitler was quite good in the way he ran things, he pretty much stopped unemployment along with alot of other things, cant exactly remenber done it at school in like year 8.
Its just the worlds wars and killing the jews etc that let him down

If your grandad has legal cover then why not see if you can pursue a civil case against him through county courts?
