Right, the rad on my redtop was leaking, just replaced it. The only trouble I'm having is getting the fan on. I know most people will say run with a slimline fan.. But I can't a) afford one b) get one today..
I know it's more likely to over heat but can I run it without a fan??

yes just dont forget it running or sit in traffic to long but your temp gauge will show you

if it overheats put the heaters on full wack.. many will disagree but it brings your temp down a little bit

it will slow down the over heating. it wont bring the temperature down though.

Brings it down on mine quite a lot. But mines a 1 litre.

yeah always thought it worked quite well. i went for ages without a fan in my old 1.6sport but i live in the country so dont get stuck in traffic jams so was never a problem.

depends on how good your cooling system is i recon Nic because it work on one of my corsa b's b4 but dnt my current corsa b
