had 2 interviews, one in my team and one in another. both at the the next level.

been accepted for one and todays was a formality.... just need to decide which one i want?

well they will be under me so to speak, the roles are procurement managers and assistant managers in IT.

got accepted for the 2nd today and they are both offering 5% pay rise on top of the 3.5% i'm getting.

and I get the higher grade and plenty of room for movement financially in that band.

siad i will tell them tomorrow which one i want to take.
