Much quicker, engine is physically the same size so they handle the same, a little better as they have better suspension.

Fuel isn't too bad either tbh.

Economy wise, Torbay to my house, 180 miles, half a tank

In fairness, a really nice car overall personally. Good power and good spec too

Its a 1.4 with a 1.8 engine in, different wheels, and you get traction control and cruise control on early models, later ones just had cruise control.

Considering its the top of the range, i feel the interior should be better or their should of been some exterior mod.

Fairly quick car but i wouldnt say it was good on fuel.

I thought they stopped putting it on them after 53 plate, perhaps it was optional after that year

Cruise control is where it's at

I don't have traction control though and it's a 53

If the bodyshop hadn't ragged mine about today then I'd have gotten close to or over 300 miles to this tank. Most of my driving is to work and back which is a 10 mile round trip on varied roads. I've been trying to drive it a bit like a granny and keeping it under 3k for driving around town etc so have managed about 280 miles to this tank, a personal best so far

I rarely do long journeys so don't get the joys of lots of miles from a tank The only time I do long journeys is to meets
