just found the same cutting compound on ebay for £22.

Guy called Monster on here, it was hit by a lorry last year (iirc) and nearly killed him

no because its laquer you could compound it till you burn the spinner out youll be lovely and shiny but the white mark will stay, pour a few boiling hot kettles over it

hmmm it would make it better at least but not sure it would get rid of it completly but theres only one way to find out. you can actualy buy cutting compound from halfords for about £4 but not sure if it is as good as this stuff.

i tryed that mate no diference, and i thnk they look so nice without the bump strips still got them but rely dont want to put them bk on

the halfords compound is shit, more like a clayey pastey shit rather than the farecla one, compound wont lose the mark

it is, the one youve used is the consistency of say ketchup lol same as g10 where as g3 what youd use to spin up freshly flatted new paint is like thicker and grittier, the halfords one is sort of more solidu break it of in lumps and smear it on, still dont achieve any sort of proper finish

cheers mate was quite pleased as it was my first time using it was a bit scared of going through the paint but it turned out well.

does look nice, just watch the edges mate main parts of the panels should be fine should do the whole car with that youll be suprised at the results if you do one panel at a time and use a decent wax afterwards

mite do the hole car, its had a full respray so the paints pretty fresh but will have a go. i just used meguiers tech wax 2.0 afterwards.
