hi i have a four banch manifold fitted on my c16xe and the cars lowered 60mm is there anything i can do to stop the manifold grinding other than putting standard suspension on there or do i have to put up with it cheers

Have to put up with it mate, unless you put 40mm springs on which in effect will raise your car by 20mm so maybe then clearence won't be an issue.

cheers i only put it on troday when over a speed bump and put a dent in it and a hole had to pull the dent out and weld the hole up

If I were you then mate i'd pu 40mm springs on as aint worth the hassle repairing the manifold all the time IMO
