Order comes down for a part. No problem, get part and put it in the lab for testing all good.
Boss sticks his nose in. No no no, they don’t need that they need one of these. Ok i’ll put my item back in to stock replace it with boss’s parts.
O hold on no they don’t need that, they need the part you originally put in. ok i’ll put it back in the lab.
Get parts out of the lab and order a courier to take it to London. To reach our deadline.
Phone engineer to say parts will soon be collected to meet him in London.
Engineer says o no we’re using parts that weren’t used in a previous order.
O ok. Thanks for telling me. I’ll cancel the courier then
Can you tell me what serial numbers you’re using so i can allocate them to the order?
. . . .no
FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUck!!!!
Working with a bunch of numpties!
</rant> for now

Matt - Make them smaller? All I can think of right now.
I knew I should have left 5 mins ago instead of reading this because now I have to open CAD and Outlook again so I can email the MD a PDF.
Going to leave now before I shout at someone.

reduce them by 25% of the size. And save them as a hi res jpeg on "9" not "10"
