You'd think the cops would laugh about it, but no, the toy was siezed and he was arrested, along with the dog,
My sister got a call to pick up the dog
i bet they tried questioning the dog as well, along with paw prints, dna from the mouth and a mug shot.

I got free b&b at the cop shop for being drunk and disorderly in charge of a trolly!
Me and a few mates got rat arsed and decided to take a trolly for a spin like ya do and the nobbers pushed me down the hill toffee apple in one hand and a can of stella in the other, just my luck for there to be a copper coming the other way as i shot past him
Next thing they had turned round and was following me down the hill with the lights and sirens going
I got away with a warning and they were pissin themselfs laughing, one walked with me to make sure i took the trolly back and as i got near me mates i pointed me toffee apple at the copper and it shot off the end of the stick and hit him on the knee and the next thing i knew i was being bundled into the back of the car

I was escorted home when I was about 14 for being drunk in charge of a vehicle; had a dressing down and told that next time we'd be warned/charged. What was worse was I was on the stunt pegs and a mate was riding!

so what if he was doing the same, but sobar? what would you charge him with then?
the issue isnt that he was drunk, he could have drove it down the road sobar and possibly caused as many problems / injuries, the stupid thing is that it isnt even a motor car.
I cant believe how utterly stupid the police force is

I don't think you're actually allowed to drive those little cars out on the road no matter what.
